I started by using the scotchbrite wheel on the edges of the flanges and then trying to devise wys to use the deremel tool and "speed deburrer" on all the lightning holes. The dremel tool didn't work well for me at all. The speed deburrer did it's job but need to be finished up fairly agressively with the scotchbrite pad. I used the countersink bit on the tooling holes and the various small files on the gaps between the various flanges - some of which need fair amount of work.
Very repetative work with a fair amount of "elbow grease" required. I'll be glad when it's done!
