Catch up Entry...I tried using Facebook as a log but that didn’t work out so great with Facebook blocking my Log Book account so I gave up on them and going back to KitLog.
After talking with Robert Harris at EZ Jet a few times I decided to look for a T58 and I ran across a 2 screaming deals. The 1st Engine I bought off Barnstormers. I flew out and looked at it and borescope it but didn’t even know if it ran. I bought it and brought it home and put it on a run stand and it fired right up.... The 2nd Engine I purchased from Jerrold Jortison who had it on a Bearkut. He had a flameout and landed gear up and tore the gearbox and FCU off the bottom of the Engine. I was fortunate to get another screaming deal. So I now had an exhaust Nozzle and a good T58-8F Engine that only needs a Gear Box and FCU... All the turning parts were in great shape.
