We spent the better part of the week building holding fixtures for the wings and preparing the wings and wing tips for painting this week. We created stripe templates for the wingtips and wing roots. The plan is to paint the wings over the next 3 days. After that we have some misc. small parts that need paint. The wheel pants will not be painted until after they are flown to confirm their proper alignment. Hopefully next week the painting will be out of the way and the aircraft can be finalized for it's move to the airport around the 1st of Sept 2012. No Photos with this post.
