This entry represents 1/10 thru 1/13. The right door did not fit as well as before the windows were installed. The hinges had to be lowered by routing the fuselage attachment points to remove paint and flatten the surface. A little sanding around the front edge of the door frame and 10 hours later it fit. We also installed the Door Ajar switches by fabricating 4 brackets which mount on the extisting screws in the door frame. In lieu of the magnetic switches, which had no position accuracy whatsoever, we chose to use microswitches. The switches detect only when the door pin is completely engaged.
