Brief Description: Rudder - Rivet miss

I was distracted for a single rivet. Back riveting and this rivet missed the backing plate just slightly. Going to leave and build on. Other have done similar in the past and has been OK. I will consider removing this stiffner, Smoothing the skin and aplying a new skin.
