Brief Description: Rivet of Aileron Hinge Bracket Assembly - W414 - R
I carefully removed the head with a sharp chisel.
I then used a #40 drill (smaller than rivet shank) to drill out the centre of the rivet. This was enough to loosen the rivet so that it could be taped out with a punch.
