Long Time, No update. Over the last five days, I have mounted the ailerons, drilled the flap hinges, mounted the flaps, and started mounting the wing tips. I need to order K1000-08 plate nuts and stainless screws to complete the wing tips. I decided to go with #8 screws instead of the number 6 screws. I had an alignment issue with the tips and ailerons. I worked it out, but the holes are a little elongated. Drilling with a #19 bit and using #8 screw will clean this up.
