Brief Description:  A short day.

I worked on the cowl fit. The nose does not line up well. I started building it up a few days ago. Today, I think I made the last buildup. It is a painful process to put it together to check the fit, the take it back off and sand a little bit more. Repeat several dozen times.

While the fiberglass was curing, I drilled for the rivenuts that hold the sidepanels in place. Everything lined up perfectly. Other than sticking the back side of the velcro, the interior install is complete. So . . . I pulled it all back out to keep it clean in the garage at the house.

I worked on the baffle seals some more. I am out of material and I already have it ordered from Spruce. It will be here Monday.

Now that I have done all of the baffle work, my buddy Larry is working on a mold for a intake plenum. When he gets it done, he is going to make me one. I will get rid of all of the trashy looking baffle seal material and replace it with an efficient system.
