Remove ribs 1 through 12, deburr, dimple, and prime flanges. Deburr, dimple, and prime flap and aileron hinges. Deburr, dimple, and prime rear spar. Rivet rear spar stiffener to rear spar. Cleco ribs back to front spar, rivet and bolt ribs 1 through 7 to front spar.
