After the troubles I had last time i decided to use the technique described on Vans(see last post). This so far has worked much much better.
I started by scuffing the surface with a roloc wheel, to give them teeth. I then rolled the two skins, fuel filler neck, and stiffeners outside. I then wiped them down with MEK, mixed the first batch of proseal and put it into a large syringe. I used the syringe to put a ring of proseal around each rivet hole and a straight line of proseal from hole to hole. This process was repeatred on the skin as well. I then placed the stiffener(or fuel filler caps) onto the skin and put a cleco in every hole.

This was realtively painless, compared to last working session it was fun and I'd do it again.
I carried the cleco'd parts to the garage(again no fumes in the house) so that they would be unaffected by the wind/rain/bugs/coyotes.
Tomorrow after work I should be able to start some of the riveting of the stiffeners.
