Brief Description: Fuel drain and ER tank fuel bung fitted and drille
The VA-112 fuel drain and the fuel bung that I got for future ER tanks are both basically the same part with. I decided to tackle these at the same time.
I got some 3/8 hardware at the home improvement store to use to help me hold the fuel drain in place while I drilled it. Once I was done I used the holes from the skin to help me drill similar holes in the fuel bungs.
I then aligned the fuel bungs on the outboard ribs as high as I could get them and still leave room for the future hardware. I then drilled through the holes in the bung and into the rib webbing. I marked all parts with left, right and alignment.
