I drilled the left wing tank with the exception of the stiffeners(I need to dissasemble to do that). I also put the left wing tie down bracket/bellcrank bracket on the wing. I did not torque to spec yet as there may still be an additional bracket added to hold the pito static lines. While working on the left bracket I examined the right bracket and noticed that I had inverted the order of washers, I removed the nuts and bolts one at a time and swapped the washers, these also are not final torqued.
