As mentioned in a previous entry when I clecod the ribs to the spar and inspected the hole alignment I realized that I had a couple of ribs that had been miss drilled. One had a figure 8 hole and the others had extra holes from the ribs being in the wrong order when originaly drilled with the rear spar.
I took my ribs to a local TIG welder and he was able to fill in the holes, he did a great job, I brought them home rematch drilled the single figure 8 hole, cleaned them up with MEK and then primered them.
I could have taken care of this with a doulber,replacing the ribs, or other techniques but this was my preferred route.
