Brief Description: completed step 1 for the spar

Russell and I measured out the holes for the 4 corners, drilled them, then placed the angle bracket and 2nd plate under the work, clamped and drilled enough to get them cleco'd in. We then calculated our rivet spaceing deviating from the 15/16'th for a more even split of .825. We then drilled all the holes leaving the piece clecod to the wood base.
