Brief Description: Made and riveted exhaust ramp stiffener
I made a stiffener out of scrap SS from the exhaust ramp. Once formed and trimmed I back drilled from the ramp then deburred and dimpled. I then trimmed and cleaned the edge of the stiffener. The SS didn't dimple as well as the AL does, I used a CS to give it a little extra depth to help the rivet sit flush.
