Brief Description: SS Exhaust ramp cut and rough form
Scott helped me cut and form the exhaust ramp. We tried a large bench shear however it just strechted and pulled rather than cut the stainless steel sheet. Next we tried the bandsaw, it worked well. We then used a metal break to form the wings of the ramp and a roller to form the curve on the forward side. I then brought the part home and fitted it for trimming.
