Hanging the right flap was an adventure. The 3 hours doesn't cover teh amount of thinking and research I spent on the task in the last week. Cliff was over and offered to help. We ended up fabricating a faux skin that allowed us to maintaing alignment of the flap gap brace and still get to the inside to clamp and drill. After 3hours we had it close to the .250 gap at the top and bottom along with the alignment with the trailing edge of the aileron.
