This part has been a challange to fabricate. The part I made is close to the spec, the angle that gets riveted to the rib is sticking out below the the large plate by a little, all holes are inside edge tolerance, I'll ask my tech advisor if this is a problem when he stops by tomorrow.
previously I cut the parts to size, now I needed to bend, drill to each other and to the flaps.
I used my bench vice to get the 88 degree angle on the large angle. This worked very well.
I then measured and layed out the rivet holes on one side and then transfered the holes via match drilling. This took a lot of putting together, testing fit, marking, drilling, etc.
