I found some small balloons in the toy box we keep for visiting kids. These are little water ballons, I inflated them with shop air a time or two and made sure I could easily inflate it with out shop air. I then placed a cap on the fuel vent line and removed the cap on the fuel line. I placed the neck of the ballon over the fuel port and started inflating the tank with a hand pump until the balloon started to fill. Not wanting to over pressure the tanks I didn't go much further than filled on the balloon. I let it sit that way for 10-15min and mixed a couple of tablespoons of soad into a spray bottle with water. I then sprayed down the tank and looked at every rivet, nut, seam, etc for bubbles. None to be had, it looks like the right tank is holding a seal.
