Brief Description:  Final riveting of baffle flange

Yesterday Cliff helped me put in the back baffle and all the blind rivets. After sitting overnight it was time to rivet the long row of solid rivets that hold the baffle to the skin. I followed the same procedures as before, cleaning rivets with MEK first, removing cleaco, placing a little bit of sealant in each rivet hole and the rivet, setting them with the pnuematic squeezer.

After they were all set I placed the tanks on the spar to cure for a bit. In that position I was able to get a picture through the fuel filler neck, it looks like a decent seal in the corner(Pict 3.
