Brief Description:  Misc prep work

I had a lot of misc tasks to get accomplished, prepping the tanks for the final proseal session, chips to be chased out of the spar, scarfing to consider, deburring to do, etc.

In the process of counter sinking the spars I got a huge amount of chips in the mating surfaces of the spars. I tried using a chip chaser with no luck, I then took a sewing needle and ground it down as flat as I could get it, grabbed it with a set of vice grips and slowly walked down the spar removing chips.

I went for a secod pass on deburring the spar as the first pass left a few that needed to be cleaned up.

Scuffing the rear tank baffle was one more task to do in prep. I used a roloc wheel to rough up the surface trying to give the proseal more to grab. I also used the air gun to clean out the tanks of any small debris. The baffle and tanks are ready for a final MEK cleaning at the mating surfaces and then final riveting.
