I had previously clecod the parts together in preparation for riveting. I started by riveting the top for and aft skin to the spar. I hand bucked all but the last two, those I got with the pnuematic squeezer. This process left lots of scratchs and minor cuts on up my arm, next time I'll wear long sleeves. After that I then riveted the top side of the leading edge and the top side of the end ribs. I then flipped each aleron over and placed weights in addtion to clampnig both ends at the spar to my work bench. I did notice that the left had a slight bow that existed unless it was fully clampled down. The right was perfectly flat. I then proceeded to blind rivet/standard rivet together as instructed. I placed the hardware loosly on the piece, it is NOT torqued at this time.
