Brief Description:  Rivet/seal left fuel tank end ribs

I started today by bringing the tank down to the shop from the garage. I got all the tools set out and ready to go. As I started mixing the flamemaster I realized I didn't have enough of the black reactant to mix the batch I needed. I had to toss the rest and pull the second canister out of the freezer.

As it was solid, I let it sit for an hour on the counter.

I then mixed 110g and 11g together and loaded it into a syringe.

I then set all the rivets on the end ribs with the squeezer, there were 3 that needed the blind rivets(previously discussed). Once done with the riveting I used the remaining sealant to cover the rivet heads, tack the wire to the vent line, make fillets in the inside corners, and cover the last few rivets from the middle ribs that still needed a cap of sealant.

I also used a blind rivet to connect the flop tube anti hang up bracket to the middle rib. I hadn't drilled the hole to the final size yet(my original plan was to use a solid rivet, but couldn't get the tools in the space). So I had to be very careful to not get any shavings in the sealant.
