Brief Description: ReDimple of the right tank skin, prep and seal par
Lisa helped me re dimple the fuel tank skin using the Cleaveland fuel tank dimple dies. This took about an hour, we had previously done the left skin so this went quick as we already knew how to get to the holes in the middle at the leading edge(inverting the dimple dies and skin)
Next I roughed up the edges of the ribs and wiped all the parts down with MEK since they had been handled so much and sitting collecting dust for the last month while I worked on the left tank.
I then proceeded to mix up the sealant, packed it into a syringe and then starting placing the ribs onto the bottom of the skin, once all ribs were secured on the bottom I then applied sealant to the top of the ribs and pulled the skin down. I started by clecoing the center rib and worked my way out.
Here is a time lapse the sealing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eDEg40fZQHs
