Brief Description:  T-410,T-405, flop tube port

I started today by lining up the T-411 onto the stiffener ring that I had previously drilled, the screw holes are already the correct size, other than some counter sinking not much left to do there.

I then moved to working on the T-410 and T-405 bracket. I did some more shaping of the T-405 then layed out my rivet holes on the T-410. I also took the holes and transferred them to the T-405's to make sure I had good edge clearance and wasn't going to hit the angle iron with any rivets. I also made sure I had plenty of room to drill the hole for the Flop Tube port.

Once verified I put the T-410 onto the nose of the rib, drilled, cleco'd, repeated. Once done I then aligned and clamped the T-405 onto the other side(removing the T-410) and drilled the holes from the rib to the T-405. After a test fit to make sure all was well I marked the center between the rivets and drilled a pilot hole for the AN833-6D. Once drilled I then opened them to 9/16th with a step bit. I had to disassemble and run the step bit through the T-405 from both sides to get the hole completely opened up.

I then test fit the flop tubes for effect. :D
