I decided to order a replacement part and remake the inboard most Z bracket because of alignment issues. I pulled off the bad bracket, measured the offset needed to correct the problem. I then transferred that measurement to the new piece and used the old one as a drill guide to make sure the hole alignment(side to side) would stay the same. Once fitted to verify that it was correct I removed it and primed the part.
