Brief Description: Skin-rib alignment and drilling wing walk doubler
I worked for an hour by myself to slign the ribs and cleco the skins. My friend Erick showed up and helped me with the wing walk doubler. I pulled up my log entry from the previous side and followed the same steps. I found the sheet of AL(AS3-025x10x48) and cut it to a length of 26 inches. I then took that piece and lined it up between the skin and ribs. The alignment took a few tries before I was happy with it. We then drilled and clecoed the holes one at a time.
This was my first time doing more than assembly in the new shop. I have light, heat, tools, and 60 gal of compressed air. What else could I ask for!
My build partnere Nora...at least until the compressor turns on. Then she runs away.
