It was a mild day with a calm wind so I decided it was a good day to prime. After visiting a few other RV builders I realized that I had been under applying the primer. and this time set out to get more primer on the parts. I reset the sray gun to it's "factory defaults" and started adjusting it from thier to get what I wanted. I also think the temp in teh 80's helped a lot as well. The previous primering was done in the low 70's and the primer came out as globs rather than a fine spray. Other than a few runs and figer prints from holding a piece or two still it worked well. Having the garage door open made the fumes much lower and the parts dried really quick.
I need to get a new digital scale for the shop, the one I have now has a 20 second timer on it. If you don't use it for 20 seconds it shuts off and turning it on tares it. VERY frustrating.
