Brief Description: Riveted Stiffeners onto both elevators
I took advantage of a warm day to rivet the rudder stiffeners on. I used proseal again in hopes of preventing cracks in the future. Before I started I rotated the bucking plate 90 degrees in my bench top to help get more rivets under the work at one time. This let me get all the rivets for a stiffener done without the need to move the work multiple times for each stiffener. There was one rivet that I drilled out and replaced, after putting a 426AD4 in the hole and seeing how loose it was I opted to ream the hole to the next size up and use an oops rivet.
Rivets all taped in, applying proseal.
Left elevator, this is the new orientation for the bucking plate
