Brief Description: started work on frontHS spar

Front HS spar work. I struggled alot with "sec d-d" and rib 405. I looked on VAF and am taking the approach of drilling 405 from the backside, but I will drill 404 from the front side so that I don't miss the center as edge tolernaces are tight
