Brief Description:  RE-work New VS-1008 Rear Spar Doubler.

Deburred the punched replacement VS-1008 rear spar doubler. When I countersunk the original VS-1008 I used a drill press and a countersink cage. I used a piece of safety wire to stop the cage from spinning while the drill press was continually running. This caused the oil/grease to heat up in the countersink cage allowing the cage to cut deeper without any change to adjustment. The first countersink was perfect. The others were progressively deeper and deeper as the cage heated up.
