Started to fabricate the two top seat flanges. This is where it forms a channel for the seat backs to lock into. It takes three pieces each cut to 16". Flipped the 1/2" piece ontop to ensure it was centered for drilling. When installed it will be underneath forming a piviot point for the channel.
