Spent the day riveting the old holes closed with the new aluminum strip inplace to add strength. The F-711 and 712 bulheads have been match drilled whick also penitrates the added aluminum strips also capture the longerons. It all feels extremely strong as the holes are stagered and should be as strong as if done properly the first time!
