So far the tank is coming together well and I think it should be a good seal. Still waiting for some vent tubing to arrive from Aircraft Spruce and I am thinking about going with a capacitance fuel level sensor so once I have that sorted out and installed I will finish the two tanks together.
Blue painters tape worked well
Nice fillet over the rivet heads forming a nice seal
Cleaned the skin and rivet heads up lightly before the access sealant set-up
