Took my time laying out the tape and laying in the proseal in a nice thick bead. As I installed each rib I clecoed them in every hole as to have a good ticht bond. Had a good amount of Pro-seal seep out of the rivet holes. Most of them I could push it back in with the cleco but some had too much and I had to use a wooden stir stick to take some away. Overall I think it will be a good seal. As I riveted the tank I would remove a cleco and install a rivet ensuring some sealent was present around the head.
I elected for the wet rivet method as I think most had better results. Since I didn't have the deeper tank dimple die set I was also concered if I let it set-up I would have some proud manufactured heads on the rivets. I am very pleased with the results as they all seem to have set well.
Prepped and ready to rivet
Rivets coming out nice without tank dimple die set
