Brief Description: Countersunk main spar for skins and nutplates
Countersunk all the holes for the skin and nutplates to attached to the main spar. The instruction say in BOLD letters DO NOT DIMPLE SPAR or SEVERE DISTORTION WILL OCCUR! So I didn't dimple and machine countersunk the main spar. The newly finished leading edge skins fit flush and tight after this prep. Had a great weekend putting in over 16 hours Saturday and Sunday!
