Paressure tested teh fuel tank mod. No Leaks Removed 6 inches of cowl rivetsand hinge at lower aft edges. Remived rivets and hinges from firewall mating surfaces. Fabricated a sheet aluminum strip to form backup surface for cowl on L.H. side and installed it. Still need to do the same for the r.h. side.
