Still more work on the horizontal stab. Bent horizontal stab ribs from .025 4130, being careful to keep appropriate bend radii. Bends were checked for smoothness and cracking. Set the parts into the jig to check for fit, making sure to keep gaps between parts proper. Jig will allow for a bit of expansion and contractions during welding to keep welds from cracking. Rib flanges will be deburred after welding.
