Today, I drilled the 1/8th holes in the WD 822 weldments to clear out the paint. I put both aux longerons in place and clecoed the 802S-1 spacers and the LG box plates into position. On checking the rivet holes they al lined up nicely, might have been luck, but I going to say it was skill :-).
I final drilled the two nutplate attach holes to #40 that are common to the centre section and the mid cabin braces. I also drilled the 1/8th holes to #30.
I clecoed all gussetts and they looked fine. I unclecoed the centre section and deburred the holes I'd just drilled that were common between the mid cabin braces and the centre section.
I then pulled out all the parts needed for the next part of the build.
