I thought it was about time I started building the wing jig. The box that my spars etc came in was straight and sqaure. So I planned to use it as my base and save some money. I bought 4 10ft 2x4's and and cut them up to the lengths I needed. Tha table has two 2x4's secured across the table. The spar box is then secured to the table through these 2x4's. The 2x4 uprights are secured to the inside of the spar box and turned 90 degrees to each other to stop movement across the box or lengthwise down the box. At one end the uprights have a peice or iron angle, the other end has a peice of 2x4. Not quite finished yet but nearly there.
