Removed protective coating from the rudder frame, fitted the frame into rudder skin. Drilled, deburred and dimpled rudder frame and also the frame riveting holes in the skin. The pic is of the frame dis assembled ready for debur and dimpling.
Guess what I managed to do to the R 710 frame bracket? Pic supplied, it's blurred but you get the idea. I ordered another, and got on with other stuff.
