No pics. I ordered the tank sealer from Van's the early part of this week, so I decided it was time to roughen the contact surfaces of the skin, ribs, fuel cap housings and the fuel drains. I'll dimple these over the weekend and cleco the tank parts back together in preperation for sealing them. I plan to remove each rib seperately, apply the sealer, then re-cleco it back to the skin, leaving things to cure. Then I'll remove the clecos and 'wet' rivet the ribs to the skins. Those pesky little holes that are just covered by the access hatch and the stiffener ring had me concerned, even thoguh they'd be covered by the cork gasket. So I decided to fill them with 'JB Weld', and then finished smoothing the filler down flush with the rib face.
