I finshed putting the fuel tank trapdoor hinges together, I edged and deburred them. I cut the hinge pin three millimetres shorter than the hinge width itself and crimped the hinges so the hinge pin would not work out of the hinges over time. The door part also were deburred and edged, but these had a slight twist were they'd been cut, so here I clamped them between two stout paices of aluminium to straighten them
