I cut the spacers to the correct length. I then drilled the tie-down brackets, Using this hole to line them up on their respective spars. I placed the spacers in the correct position and clamped them all using 'C' clamps. I then drilled the required rivet holes using the spars as a guide. I dismantled the parts to find that the spacers had moved and were messed up. I'd have to do them again as I wasn't happy with them. I debured the tie-down brackets and edged them gave them a quick coat of primer on the back side.
