Brief Description: Made bushings for seat belts and harnesses.
I took my time making small bushings for the seatbelts and shoulder harnesses. Drawing 29, detail "E" calls out the F-7116 bushings that are made out of aluminum tube. The drawing has you make 4 pieces but you really need to make 6 since there is no callout for the attach point for the shoulder harness to the F-6114 clevis. I used my small tube cutter to start the cut then finished up with the band saw. I wanted a start point so the band saw would track properly. I cut them slightly oversized and then deburred them to size. I installed the seatbelts with AN4-6A bolts but the shoulder harnesses required a slightly longer AN4-7A.
