Brief Description:
Seat Rib Assembly
The only notes I have for the seat rib assembly are:
1. If you are using the Hooker Harness the seat belt lug needs widening. The simplest solution for me with the crotch lug was to add a 1/8" spacer.
2. While I had good access I drilled the aileron trim brackets and made the aileron trim control rod.
3. Again with good access I made doublers for the
COM and XPDR antenna
4. The pneumatic squeezer made rivetting a breeze.
4. In preperation for the fuselage skins I tried the Avery 635 bucking bar for back rivetting and was very pleased with the results. This will allow me to use non-skilled buckers!
