Time to get the controls all adjusted. Installed swash plate and hooked up all push pull tubes. The swash plate did just needsome minormaterial removed to allow the road end bearings to get the required freedom to move. The swash plate needs to be able to move +/- 6 degrees in right/left and fore/aft direction and the push rods need to be adusted to allow for this. Finally, I adjusted the stops on the cyclic beam to get the required movement and to male sure the stops on the cyclic bean hit first, before the end of the rod endangular travel has been reached. Took a few hours to get everything set up as required and I am happy with it. I also exchanged one of he rod ends which had a lot of fiction. Now the controls are moving smooth and without any sloppiness.
