Today I made the tamplate to measure TR blade deflection. Just cut it out with a sabre saw and filed to to shape. Easy project! Next I cut the 4 ball joint fittings to the required length and assempled the scissors and all linkages to the Tail rotor. Adjusted the linkages to see if I had all the clearances and the deflection range. Blades moved from -8 degrees to +18 degrees, which is what they are supposed to do.
