Reviewed the documents provided by Eagle R&D on how to assemble the mixer assembly. Assembling the mixer was pretty straight forward and I was amazed how well the pieces fit together. The bigger 5/16th rod end installed on the mixer and at to front end of the cyclic shafthowever seem to me too tight. It takes considerable force to move them especially if I compare them to the 1/4" rod ends which move really easy without any play. Will have to check with Eagle R&D later. Next I checked what it takes to install the mixer to the cyclic shaft. I had to carefully remove about 4/1000" to fiti it inside the cyclic shaft nicely without beeing lose, or too tight. Measured movement of the stick side to side which was 20 degrees in either direction, so I will have to file some material off of the ears to obtain the 22-23 degrees.I am hesitant to drill the holes to secure the mixer to the shaft without seeing if there is any interference with other components. Also drilled the 1/16'" hole for the safety wire into the mixer.
