Started but making a jig useing the yellow template that came with the kit. I first made a bending jig and bent all of mu top rib profiles. Then using a holesaw jig I coped the top and bottom rib tubing pieces. I fit them into the jig shown in image 1. Using this jig I then afixed th fwd and aft brackets that would attatch to the fwd and aft spar. I haad to cut, bend and drill all of the brackets prior to assembling the ribs. This in and of it's self took an entire day. Bending and coping all of the ribs took a few days in May 2023 on or around this date
